If something is wrong with your song

Include the order number from your receipt — it starts with SGM-. With it we can find your song in seconds; without it we have to go hunting.

If the recording is not right, you may not need us at all: there is a free re-record button on your song page. See re-records and refunds.

If you cannot find a song you paid for

Use Find my song with your email and order number. It works on any device, without an account. Write to us if it does not.

If a song is about you and you want it gone

Write to us and we will delete it — the song, the audio, and the story behind it. You do not need the order number and you do not need to explain.

How long we take

Song Gift Maker is one person, not a support department. Most emails get answered the same day; none should take more than a couple of days. We would rather tell you that than promise an hour and miss it.
